We’re excited to announce the next Cosgrove Estate land release is on its way! Stage 301 & 302 has commenced construction bringing 35 new lots for sale in Cosgrove in 2023.
This new release is accessible with access off Woolcock Street and Cosgrove Drive.
On completion the Cosgrove Estate will have seven district villages, all of which spread over 250 ha of green open space, bushland and wildlife corridors. Further development in the future,
will see a ‘connector’ road, connecting Cosgrove Estate to Kirwan through Liberty Rise Estate on the other side of Mount Louisa. This will be an important access corridor for all residents
and opens up the suburb of Kirwan to be equally as close. Kirwan is a significant suburb for living, schools and business.
